I am co-odinator of the LMD (License-Master-Doctorat) academic program.
Currently, I am teaching the following courses and seminars:

- The Algerian political system
- Methodology in social sciences
- Modern theories in Public Administration
RESEARCH :
I have been teaching and doing research at the University of Algiers since 1970; I have publihed more than 12 books and over 90 articles in scientific journals.
Currently, I am finishing my second volume on THE ALGERIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM,1962-2012.

Co-ordinator ofa seminar on: new technique of improving skills of consultants. The Seminar was organized in Amman from August 30 to September, 18,1980.

Co-ordinator of a training project on training the trainers in the field of Public Administration. The seminar was held in Bucharist, Romania, in co-operation with the Romanian school Georgio Academy. The seminar was held in the Romanian capital from September 19 to October, 3,1980.

Co-ordinator of a seminar on job description, held in Tripoli in co-operation with The International center of training in the Third World in Canada, from November 1-20, 1980.
